Frank Suggs produced high class pond yachts in Liverpool between the 2 World Wars.
They were all made to a long keel design with a wonderful wineglass shape. 
The particular hull is in good order although it appears that restoration has already commenced. The paintwork may be original but will need to be renewed.
The spars are all replacement as is the rudder. New sails will be required.
 This is a very worthwhile project as Suggs are such pretty yachts and are becoming really difficult to find.
