This Bassett Lowke Streamlinia dates from the 1950's. It is an example of the rare electric powered two cabin model. B-L designed and built this model to be suitable for radio control. We are only aware of one other two cabin Streamlinia and she is in the US.

This particular launch was purchased from the grandson of the original owner. He understood that his grandfather actually built her. The outstanding standard of the construction suggests that she was made by B-L but, after all these years, it is difficult to be sure.

What is obvious is that she was never actually sailed. The condition is basically as new. Although on very close inspection there are one or two very small paint chips on the transom.

She is fitted with an original B-L electric motor (which is untested). She is also fitted with what we assume is a B-L accumulator although we are not experts in this field.

She is complete although no windows have been fitted. The wiring will also require some attention.

All the lovely deck fittings are Bassett Lowke.

This really is a unique opportunity as another original/unused Streamlinea is unlikely to become available.

She has her original stand which is included in the sale.

If you require any further information please ask and we will do our best to help.

PLEASE NOTE : She also has her wooden original storage box. Whilst this has protected her, it will increase the shipping/courier costs of the yacht.
