This motor launch is reputed to be of german manufacture although we have been unable to ascertain the maker. Consequently we are unsure how old she is.

She has been made to very good standard in silver painted tinplate. Not unusually there are quite a few scatches and marks.

The Eklips name on the bows appear to be stencilled in black paint. She has a manufacturers transfer on the transom.

The motor is an early Bassett-Lowke electric which has not been tested. There is a switch fitted but the wiring is incomplete and there is no battery box. So some work is required if it is intended to return her to the water. There is a prop shaft and rudder fitted so originally she was built to sail.

The red engine hatch/cockpit seat has some paint chips.

Please have a good look at the photos as they give a very good impression of the overall condition.

As a decorative antique she has real class and style but with a little work she could be sailed.

The stand is modern but exhibits her well so is included in the sale.
