Skipper yachts were founded by John Foster in 1991 in Woodbridge Suffolk.
They were traditionally made  from wood with sails of modern sail material.
The company was sold in 2007 and in 2009 production was moved to China.
It is unclear exactly when production ceased.
The majority of the production were monohulls but some catamarans were made and very occasionally trimarans. 
It appears that trimarans were made in very small numbers and this is the first of this design that we have been able to offer for sale.
She is as new, totally original, condition
The yacht is basically as she would be if you were still able to purchase new from the manufacturers.
English made Skipper yachts are now collectable especially mint condition examples.
